Description

A Banking Advisor at National Bank is a dynamic role offering significant development opportunities and the chance to positively impact clients and colleagues. The position involves delivering a client-centric experience, utilizing a friendly approach and analytical skills to address the transaction, investment, personal financing, insurance, and estate planning needs of Personal and Small Business clients. Advisors will also support clients through the mortgage renewal/renegotiation process and ensure compliance with risk management rules. Obtaining a mutual fund representative license is encouraged for role progression and expanded responsibilities, including mutual fund transactions.

What We're Looking For

Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations.,Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients covering transactions, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance, and estate planning needs.,Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.,Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.,Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.,Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Ideal Candidate

Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.,Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence – If not, must obtain this licence within three months of hiring with a full refund upon successful obtainment.,Advisory service experience.,Inclusive attitude and openness to diversity.

Work Hours

A number of work schedules are possible and will vary depending on team availability. The branch is open one evening a week and Saturdays on a rotation basis.
