Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community, uncover banking needs, provide advice, identify sales and referral opportunities, educate clients on digital banking, assist with financial transactions, actively listen to understand client needs, proactively resolve banking problems, and cultivate relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.
Mutual Funds accreditation (or willingness to obtain it, e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
