Description

This role at RBC involves leveraging client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to assist clients with their daily banking, credit, and investment needs. The advisor acts as an RBC ambassador, providing advice, demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists, all aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs, offer advice, and find sales and referral opportunities.,Educate clients and demonstrate technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen and engage clients to understand their individual needs.,Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).,Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).,Nice-to-have: Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in the finance or service sector.
