This role focuses on maximizing client interactions by providing advice on everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. The advisor will serve as an RBC ambassador, demonstrating digital banking tools, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs and sales opportunities, educate clients on technology, assist with financial transactions, understand client needs through active listening, resolve banking problems, and build relationships with partners for referrals. Must be willing to obtain Mutual Funds accreditation if not already held.
Mutual Funds accreditation (or willingness to obtain it, such as Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
37.5 hours/week
Must be willing to offer and maintain mobility between the listed branch locations.
