This role at Royal Bank of Canada focuses on client-centric sales, assisting individuals with their daily banking, credit, and investment requirements. The advisor will demonstrate digital banking solutions, onboard new clients, and refer complex needs to specialists, aiming to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in person and in the community to identify banking needs, offer advice, and find sales/referral opportunities.,Educate clients and demonstrate technology use to enhance their banking experience and drive business.,Assist clients with financial transactions upon contact.,Engage clients in conversation to understand their individual financial needs.,Address and prevent client banking problems.,Build and maintain relationships with internal partners for business and referral opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Proven passion for client service and success in a target-driven sales environment.,Problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships.,Adaptability, eagerness to learn, strong ethical standards, and a drive for success.,Proficiency with various digital devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Bilingualism (English and French) is required for serving a diverse client base.,Nice-to-have: A strong history of building client relationships in the finance or service sector.
