Description

This role is for a client-focused sales professional who will leverage problem-solving skills to assist clients with everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. The Banking Advisor will act as an RBC ambassador, providing advice and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals, ensuring meaningful and memorable client experiences.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs and sales opportunities.,Focus on client education and digital banking demonstrations.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen to understand individual client needs.,Resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.,Must have or be willing to obtain Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) or willingness to obtain it.,Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a target-driven sales environment.,Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry (nice-to-have).
