This role focuses on client-focused sales and problem-solving to enhance client interactions. Banking Advisors assist clients with everyday banking, credit, and investment needs, acting as RBC ambassadors. They help clients use digital banking, onboard new clients, and refer complex issues to specialists, contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty through meaningful experiences. This role requires mobility between various branch locations.
Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs, provide advice, and find sales/referral opportunities.,Educate clients and demonstrate technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions upon their contact.,Actively listen to understand individual client needs.,Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.
