Description

This role focuses on client interaction, leveraging sales expertise and problem-solving skills to assist with banking, credit, and investment needs. The advisor will serve as an RBC representative, providing value to clients through digital banking demonstrations, new client onboarding, and referrals to specialists, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs, offer advice, and find sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on educating and demonstrating technology to clients to create memorable experiences, drive sales, and retain business.,Respond to client inquiries by assisting with various financial transactions.,Actively listen and engage clients to understand their individual needs.,Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.,Build and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Demonstrated passion for client-first service and success in a target-driven sales environment.,Strong problem-solving and people skills with the ability to build relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a drive for success.,Digital literacy across various devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Availability to work all open business hours.,(Nice-to-have) Proven track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.
