Description
This role at National Bank is a dynamic position where you utilize analytical and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent experience for branch clients. The advisor will offer financial guidance to personal and small business clients, addressing their needs in transactions, investments, personal financing, insurance, and estate planning. It also involves referring clients to specialists and ensuring compliance with risk management rules. The position offers growth opportunities, including expanding responsibilities through obtaining a mutual fund representative license.
What We're Looking For
Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.,Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance and estate planning needs.,Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.,Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.,Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Ideal Candidate
Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.,Advisory service experience.,Inclusive attitude and openness to diversity.,Ability to obtain a mutual fund representative licence (if not already held).
