This role is centered on providing personalized financial advice and solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. As a frontline representative, the Banking Advisor focuses on building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities to grow the client base, and delivering exceptional service through a deep understanding of RBC’s products and digital tools.
Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.,Conduct comprehensive financial discovery to provide tailored advice and solutions.,Proactively reach out to clients via phone and digital channels to schedule meetings.,Educate and assist clients in adopting digital banking platforms.,Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.,Adhere to all regulatory compliance and risk management protocols.
Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within financial services.,Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.,Strong understanding of personal banking products and services.,Commitment to community involvement and professional networking.
Post-secondary diploma or degree is preferred; High School Diploma is the minimum requirement.
