This internship offers an opportunity to leverage sales expertise and problem-solving skills to assist clients with their daily banking, credit, and investment needs. The role focuses on delivering excellent client experiences, fostering satisfaction and loyalty, and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Proactively engage with clients in person and in the community, identify banking needs, provide advice, and recognize sales and referral opportunities. Educate clients on digital banking using technology. Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions. Actively listen to understand client needs, resolve banking problems, and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities.
Must-have: Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course), demonstrated passion for putting clients first, success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment, problem-solving and people skills, ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients, flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, hunger for success, digital literacy across a broad range of devices, and availability to work all open business hours. Nice-to-have: Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.
