This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to enhance client interactions. The role involves assisting clients with their daily banking, credit, and investment needs, acting as an RBC ambassador to add value and collaborate with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branch and community settings to identify banking needs and provide advice, identifying sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and digital technology to enhance client experience, drive sales, and retain business.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions upon their initiation.,Actively listen and converse with clients to understand their individual needs.,Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.
