Description

This internship provides a unique opportunity for individuals with client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to assist clients with their everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. The role involves acting as an RBC ambassador, enhancing client experiences through valuable interactions, and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals, including demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring to specialists.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and demonstration, utilizing technology for a memorable client experience, driving sales, and retaining business.,Respond to client inquiries and assist with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen and engage clients to understand individual needs.,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.,Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Demonstrated passion for client-first approach and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.,Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).,Availability to work all open business hours.
