Key responsibilities include understanding and resolving complex client needs, offering tailored solutions for personal and small business clients across transactions, investments, financing, insurance, and estate planning, ensuring client satisfaction, referring clients to specialists, and adhering to compliance and risk management rules.
What We're Looking For
Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations. Provide advice and offer appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients covering transactions, investments, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance, and estate planning. Ensure client satisfaction and engagement. Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs. Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Ideal Candidate
Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent. Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence (must obtain within three months of hiring with full refund if not already held). Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity.
