Description

This position at RBC requires a client-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills to manage client interactions, address everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. The role involves acting as an RBC ambassador, collaborating with partners, demonstrating digital banking tools, onboarding new clients, and referring complex cases to specialists to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales/referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and digital demonstrations to enhance client experience, drive sales, and retain business.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions upon contact.,Actively listen to clients to understand their individual needs.,Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.

Ideal Candidate

Must-have: Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).,Must-have: Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.,Must-have: Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Must-have: Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.,Must-have: Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).,Nice-to-have: Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in the finance or service sector.
