Description

This role focuses on maximizing client interactions by using sales expertise and problem-solving skills to address everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. The advisor acts as an RBC ambassador, collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their goals through digital banking demonstrations, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists, ultimately aiming for client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs, provide advice, and find sales/referral opportunities.,Educate clients and demonstrate technology for a memorable experience, driving sales and retaining business.,Assist clients with financial transactions upon their initiation.,Actively listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual needs.,Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.

Ideal Candidate

Must-have: Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).,Must-have: Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.,Must-have: Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Must-have: Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.,Must-have: Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).,Must-have: Availability to work all open business hours.,Nice-to-have: Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.
