Description

This position focuses on maximizing client interactions by applying client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills. The advisor will assist clients with their everyday banking, credit, and investment needs, acting as an RBC ambassador to add value and help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists, all contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales/referral opportunities,Focus on client education and technology demonstration to enhance client experience and drive sales,Respond to client inquiries and assist with financial transactions,Actively listen to understand individual client needs,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals,Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course), or willingness to obtain it,Demonstrated passion for client-first approach and success in a target-driven sales environment,Problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a drive for success,Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops),Bilingualism (English and French) required

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) or willingness to obtain it,Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in finance or service sector (Nice-to-have)
