Description

This role at RBC focuses on maximizing client interactions by providing advice on everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. The advisor acts as an RBC ambassador, solving problems and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. Key activities include client education on digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to uncover banking needs and identify sales/referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and digital technology demonstration to enhance client experience and drive sales.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen to understand individual client needs.,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.,Must-haves: Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course), passion for client service, success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment, problem-solving and people skills, ability to build strong relationships, flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, hunger for success, digital literacy, and availability to work all open business hours.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).,Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.,Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).,Availability to work all open business hours.,Nice-to-have: Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.
