This role is for a client-focused sales professional who will assist clients with their daily banking, credit, and investment needs. The Banking Advisor will act as an RBC ambassador, providing valuable support, resolving problems, and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include demonstrating digital banking tools, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists.
Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs, offer advice, and find sales/referral opportunities.
Educate clients and use technology to enhance the client experience, drive sales, and retain business.
Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions upon their contact.
Listen actively to understand client needs.
Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
Build and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
