The Compliance Audit Centre of Excellence (CoE) focuses on strengthening TD's audit approach for regulatory compliance risk. As an Audit Manager II, you will be instrumental in building and implementing the compliance coverage model and supporting the CoE strategy. This role involves partnering with audit teams to provide guidance on compliance coverage and testing, actively participating in planned audits by delivering hands-on testing and CoE support, and leading audit activities requiring multi-area alignment. Key responsibilities include executing follow-ups on findings, managing audit communications with stakeholders, guiding the team on audit initiatives, resolving complex issues, and staying updated on emerging regulatory trends to recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For

Candidates must possess over 7 years of relevant experience and an undergraduate degree, with professional certifications like CIA or CPA being assets. The role demands advanced knowledge of business processes, operations, risk, change and project methodologies, organizational practices, and business transformation. Expertise in software tools, Windows applications, data analytics (specifically Excel), and reporting techniques is essential. Key soft skills include strong leadership, negotiation, influencing abilities, sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, collaborative teamwork, and effective communication (both oral and written). A deep understanding of specialist auditing and integrating cross-functional processes is also required to manage various audit projects.
