This role is for an Audit Manager II focusing on Credit Risk at TD Bank. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of audits for specific business units or functional corporate areas, specifically within credit risk. They will lead audit teams, manage the audit process from planning to completion, evaluate internal and external risks, and communicate findings to management.
Contribute to the Audit planning process, including audit plans, resource requirements, and budgets.
Take overall responsibility for audit completion, planning, and leading audits.
Oversee staff working on multiple audits, forming conclusions, and communicating scope/findings to the business line.
Perform testing of critical audit areas and review audit documentation.
Oversee findings follow-up and issue validation.
Ensure audits are executed and completed in accordance with established standards and within prescribed time, budget, and scope parameters.
Oversee a small to medium-sized team, providing coaching and feedback.
Evaluate internal and external risks for assigned business lines and/or functions utilizing subject matter expertise.
Act as the primary contact with management regarding audit scope, findings, and status.
Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of relevant experience.
Subject Matter Expertise in Credit Risk.
Some experience in Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, and Capital Risk (Preferred).
CIA certification (Preferred).
