Audit Manager I (US) Stress Testing and Capital Audit

Description

This role is for an Audit Manager within the US Stress Testing & Capital Audit team, responsible for assessing TD's Capital Adequacy Process and Planning Program, Resolution Planning, and Recovery Planning. The manager will lead audit teams, supervise staff, manage audit budgets, plan audits, communicate with management on findings, and contribute to improving audit procedures.

What We're Looking For

Lead assigned audit teams, providing supervision and assignments.,Review work papers and draft audit reports.,Manage time and staffing budgets for audits.,Plan audits.,Communicate with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings.,Perform testing procedures for critical audit areas.,Provide on-the-job training for staff.,Supervise findings follow-up with management and audit staff.,Act as a subject matter expert in at least one discipline.,May be Auditor in Charge on an Audit and participate in special projects.,Assist in staff performance feedback and evaluations.,Update, revise, and improve existing audit procedures and programs.,Understand and support the Bank's Customer Service Strategy.,Provide high-level customer service to internal partners, vendors, and customers.,Set appropriate context for the business unit/function for optimal performance.,Support goal and objective creation for the business unit/function and communicate them.,Build capability, support, and execute plans to acquire, develop, and retain diverse teams.,Role model behaviors consistent with TD's leadership profile and culture.,Lead, coach, and develop a highly effective team through training and performance management.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree required.,5+ years of related Audit experience required.,Preferred: Experience working with a GSIB or Category I-III Bank.,Preferred: Experience working in a 2nd or 3rd line of defense function.,Preferred: Experience in the Banking industry with working knowledge in Capital Management, Capital Stress Testing, and Recovery and Resolution Planning.,Preferred: Experience in designing or evaluating processes, risks, and controls.
