Description

The Audit Manager I at TD Bank is responsible for conducting audits based on established plans and standards, ensuring thorough completion and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves executing testing of controls, developing audit-related documents, managing stakeholder communications, providing objective audit opinions, and following up on findings. The manager contributes to audit planning, identifies risks, and supports continuous improvement of operational efficiencies. They are also expected to manage their workload, stay current on industry trends, and contribute to team knowledge transfer and development. This role is a hybrid position located in Toronto, Ontario.

What We're Looking For

Conduct audit work based on established audit plans and standards.,Execute testing of controls including walkthroughs, test scripts, and issue management.,Develop and/or review Audit Planning Memorandum (APM), Process Risk and Control Matrix (pRCM), Findings Grid, and Audit Report.,Contribute to the audit planning process and risk assessments.,Manage ongoing audit communications with stakeholders.,Present objective and independent audit opinions and recommendations.,Execute follow-up of findings from regulatory and internal audits.,Provide subject matter expertise and identify control weaknesses.,Adhere to internal policies, procedures, enterprise frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.,Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.,Keep current on emerging trends and developments in the business.,Develop and deliver audit findings presentations and communications.,Assess and escalate key issues to appropriate levels.,Contribute to the analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives.,Continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in the audit area.,Support a positive work environment and ensure timely communication.,Identify opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.,Establish effective relationships across multiple businesses.,Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units.,Oversee and/or independently perform audits from end to end.,May lead moderately complex audits.,Undertake and complete various projects and initiatives.,Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree required,5+ years of relevant experience
