Description

The Toronto-Dominion Bank is seeking a Personal Banking Associate in Saint-Lambert, Quebec. This role involves building strong client relationships, assisting with customer service operations, providing information and advice on banking products and services, and directing clients to appropriate internal partners. The associate will engage in conversations about financial advice, routine banking transactions, digital services, and problem resolution, ensuring a positive client experience. The position emphasizes understanding client needs, promoting digital banking options, and contributing to a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Engage clients regarding advice, routine banking, service transactions, digital service information, and banking solution problem-solving.,Understand client needs and direct them to the appropriate personnel for relevant solutions, exercising good judgment for confidential matters.,Educate clients on new digital banking options like mobile banking, ATMs, and online banking.,Support frontline staff with planned and treasury-related operations, resolving major issues and escalating exceptions to management.,Recommend improvements to branch practices, operations, and processes to enhance client experience and operational excellence.,Ensure accurate and timely use of business processes and procedures.,Verify that prepared documents are accurate, reflect business intentions, and comply with relevant regulations and the TD Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics.,Contribute to a positive and equitable workplace by promoting team effectiveness, participating in individual performance and development, and sharing industry knowledge to achieve common goals.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma and/or at least one year of relevant experience.,Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) course or equivalent – within 6 months of appointment.,Post-secondary diploma or undergraduate university degree (in a related field) is an asset.

Minimum Education
