Support advisory team and clients through the wealth management process by gathering relevant information, documents, and questionnaires.,Prepare wealth and financial projections using wealth management and financial advice tools to provide a holistic view of client goals, priorities, and opportunities.,Coordinate activities with wealth management and insurance specialists and in-branch consultants: schedule, track progress, and follow up.,Liaise with branch management team for updates on and progress with wealth management initiatives.,Coordinate meetings and events with clients and prospects: help determine agenda and key topics, prepare documentation, and execute post-meeting work.,Provide proactive and high-end client service on the phone and in person, respond to client inquiries.,Identify opportunities for new business as well as among existing client base for asset consolidation or referrals.
5 years of professional experience in the investment industry.,Registered Representative (RR) approval with CIRO.,Financial planner diploma granted by the Institute of Financial Planning.,Bilingualism (English and French).,Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps.,University degree.,Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical skills.
