Associate Vice-President, NACO Analytics

Description

This role involves leading the development and deployment of analytics and AI capabilities for all service lines under NACO within Canadian Personal Banking. It influences strategies for Canadian Personal Banking AI2, CPB business, and Data as a Service (DaaS). The position focuses on providing strategic direction for the AI and Analytics Centre of Excellence, attracting and developing talent, enhancing analytics capabilities, managing stakeholder relationships, and evaluating team performance to optimize analytics deployment.

What We're Looking For

Provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction for the AI and Analytics Centre of Excellence for NACO.,Attract, develop, motivate, and retain high-quality talent to deliver business objectives.,Create and sustain a high-performing inclusive culture.,Enhance AI and advanced analytics capabilities through specialized functions and NACO working groups.,Manage relationships with NACO partners, AI2, and other internal and external partners (Product, Control Partners, etc.).,Continuously evaluate team capabilities, structure, and interaction model to identify efficiencies in delivering value through deployments into NACO.,Influence strategic directions for enterprise-wide analytics projects.,Ensure adherence to defined governance principles and risk appetite.
