Description
This is a 1-year maternity leave coverage opportunity, with potential for permanency, for a bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese) Associate at the RBC Dominion Securities branch in SW Marine Gateway Vancouver. The role involves providing administrative support to an Advisory Team, ensuring quality client service, and deepening client relationships through efficient support to both clients and advisors.
What We're Looking For
Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients/prospects, provide proactive client service focusing on problem resolution, liaise with various departments for execution, respond to client inquiries (account transactions, tax receipts, reporting), assist with client onboarding, manage incoming communications, maintain existing client accounts and identify contact opportunities, ensure accurate and timely documentation updates, maintain complete client files, and follow up on client trades for proper settlement and delivery.
