RBC Dominion Securities, a leading investment and wealth management firm in Canada, is seeking an Associate for its Thurlow branch in Vancouver. This role involves supporting an advisory team specializing in wealth management for sophisticated clients. The Associate will contribute to business growth by providing exceptional and efficient client service, managing administrative duties for client accounts, and responding to client inquiries.

What We're Looking For

Professional servicing of incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, advisors, and internal/external partners,Support Investment Advisors with general administrative duties related to client account management,Assist Investment Advisors in preparing client reviews and presentations,Request information and documentation from clients for account opening and file maintenance,Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery,Monitor all pending transfers for timely completion,Must-have: Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE),Must-have: Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
