Associate, US Initiatives & Modernization

Description

The Associate in the U.S. CFO Productivity & Efficiency group supports multiple US strategic initiatives across the US CFO organization, focusing on driving and contributing to transformation projects and streamlining processes.

What We're Looking For

Drive and contribute to key strategic initiatives and transformation projects.,Drive interactions with various groups across all lines of defense and streamline current processes.,Partner across functions, such as Regulatory Reporting, Controllers, Treasury and FP&A, to identify the impact and support the adoption of each initiative.,Communicate key messages and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.,Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines.,Provide thought leadership and work independently, while demonstrating strong attention to details.,Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience specializing in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering or Liberal Arts.,Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Financial Services company, preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office.,Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).,Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.,Independently run workstreams, self-starter and takes initiative.,Process-oriented with great documentation skills.,Detailed oriented, driving data analytics to improve current state of business operations.,Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business needs.,Capability to manage complex business requirements and to coordinate across multiple teams in a deadline-driven environment.,Prior transformation project or large program experience (preferred).,Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers (nice-to-have).,Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses (nice-to-have).
