Description

RBC Dominion Securities, Canada's leading full-service investment and wealth management firm, is seeking an Associate to help clients build and preserve their wealth. This role involves managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, onboarding new clients, preparing for advisor meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Associate will also support the advisor team with wealth management processes and assist with team communication channels.

What We're Looking For

Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients.

Manage timelines and key dates for accounts.

Respond to client inquiries efficiently (account transactions, requests, documentation, reporting).

Provide proactive client service using problem resolution skills.

Liaise with various departments for smooth and timely solutions.

Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and partners.

Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.

Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients/prospects.

Ensure client files and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.

Update team's communication channels (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters).

Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.

Support the Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain an audit of activities and priorities.

Must-have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).

Strong skills with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.

High quality time management and organization skills.

Demonstrated skills in providing world-class, professional, warm, and friendly client service.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)

Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures (Nice-to-have)

Experience in the securities industry is an asset (Nice-to-have)
