Description

RBC Dominion Securities in Toronto is seeking a resourceful and collaborative Associate to join their wealth management firm. This role involves providing exceptional service and support to clients and the Advisor team, deepening existing relationships, and welcoming new clients. The Associate will maintain client accounts, ensure accurate administration and documentation, and support Investment Advisors in managing client portfolios and wealth management planning.

What We're Looking For

Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, managing timelines and key dates.,Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently (account transactions, requests, documentation, reporting).,Utilize problem resolution skills for proactive client service and liaise with various departments for timely solutions.,Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and internal/external partners.,Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.,Coordinate and prepare client/prospect meetings for Advisors.,Become proficient in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate and compliant client files.,Update team's communication channels (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters).,Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.,Support the Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain an audit of activities and priorities.

Ideal Candidate

Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE),Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite,High quality time management and organization skills,Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that is professional, warm, and friendly,Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
