The role encompasses addressing client inquiries, managing communications, assisting with client onboarding, coordinating meetings, ensuring compliance, updating social media, and supporting the wealth management process.
Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, managing communications, assisting with new client onboarding, coordinating and preparing client meetings, ensuring compliance with internal controls and industry regulations, updating team communication channels, and supporting the Wealth Management process. Key must-have skills are strong proficiency in business applications/technology (including Microsoft Office Suite), excellent time management and organizational abilities, proven world-class client service, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures, experience in the securities industry, and completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or CSC/CPH are considered assets.
