Description

RBC Dominion Securities is seeking a resourceful, efficient, and collaborative Associate for its Toronto branch. The role involves providing exceptional service and support to clients and the Advisor team, deepening existing relationships, and onboarding new clients. The Associate will maintain client accounts, ensure up-to-date and compliant administration and documentation, and work with Investment Advisors on client portfolios and wealth management planning.

What We're Looking For

Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities for client contact.,Respond to client inquiries efficiently (transactions, requests, documentation, reporting).,Utilize problem-resolution skills for proactive client service and liaise with departments for solutions.,Manage communications from clients, Advisors, and internal/external partners.,Assist in onboarding new clients.,Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients/prospects.,Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements for client files.,Update team's communication channels (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters).,Follow up on client trades for proper settlement and delivery.,Support the Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain an audit of activities.,Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE),Strong skills with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite,High quality time management and organization skills,Demonstrated world-class client service skills (professional, warm, and friendly),Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
