Associate System Support Specialist

Description

The Associate System Support Specialist will be a part of the Computer System Validation (CSV) team, focusing on managing computer systems (instrumentation/equipment and software) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for scientific studies. This involves maintaining active systems, implementing user access controls, troubleshooting errors, liaising with vendors, and ensuring systems remain compliant through regular reviews and controlled introduction of new features and testing.

Help maintain current active computer systems.,Implement user access control requirements.,Troubleshoot reported errors.,Liaise with vendors.,Ensure systems remain relevant and fully compliant through regular reviews.,Complete and administer documentation.,Modernise and improve compliance and usability of systems through introduction of new features in a controlled manner involving testing.

Ideal Candidate

Ideally educated to a graduate level, preferably in a Scientific or Information Technology discipline but not essential.,Experience of working in a regulated environment (GLP/GMP) preferred but not essential.
