The role also requires being a digital ambassador, keeping current with technology, and adhering to policies and procedures to mitigate operational risk.
Candidates must have Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course), expertise across everyday banking, investments, and credit, strong client contact routines, flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, a hunger for success, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A track record in building client relationships within the financial industry and the ability to provide complex financial advice for personal and business clients are considered assets.
