Description

This Associate position at RBC Dominion Securities in Oakville involves providing exceptional service and support to clients and Advisor teams in wealth management. The role focuses on maintaining client accounts, ensuring documentation compliance, and assisting Investment Advisors with portfolio management and wealth planning. It also includes responding to client inquiries, managing communications, onboarding new clients, and preparing client meetings.

What We're Looking For

Maintain existing client accounts and identify contact opportunities.,Manage timelines and key dates for accounts.,Respond to client inquiries efficiently (transactions, requests, documentation, reporting).,Liaise with various departments for smooth and timely solutions.,Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and partners.,Assist in welcoming and onboarding new clients.,Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients/prospects.,Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and compliant client files and documentation.,Update team's communication channels (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters).,Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.,Support Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain an audit of activities and priorities.,Must Have: Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).,Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.,High quality time management and organization skills.,Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that is professional, warm, and friendly.,Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures (asset).,Experience in the securities industry (asset).
