This role within the Wealth Management team at National Bank involves supporting investment advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships. The associate will handle routine financial transactions, manage client files, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support investment advisors and respond to client requests,Perform routine financial transactions (e.g., adjustments, transfers, buying/selling securities),Process instructions for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions for investment accounts with rigorous follow-up,Analyze, open, and update client files,Produce portfolio management reports,Administratively manage client files, including scheduling appointments and preparing for client meetings,Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management protocols,Complete all related administrative tasks
College and/or university degree in a field related to the industry,Two years of relevant experience in banking (back office) or finance,Valid Securities Trading Course (CCVM) and/or a valid Conduct and Practices Handbook course (a requirement for employment),Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,Excellent customer service skills,Meticulous attention to detail in daily transactions,Strong organizational skills
