This role is for an Associate Relationship Manager in Treasury Solutions, Transaction Banking - Capital Markets, based in Toronto. The position supports Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of high-value Treasury and Cash Management clients within Capital Markets. Responsibilities include assisting with portfolio management activities like pricing, sales enrollment, onboarding, risk management, relationship reviews, and account planning to foster client loyalty and drive innovation in non-lending banking activities.

What We're Looking For

Support senior management in achieving strategic business priorities including revenue growth, client loyalty, and innovation.,Assist in coordinating and completing relationship and operational reviews for Capital Markets clients.,Ensure an exceptional client experience, retain accounts, and grow Cash Management, Deposit, and RBC revenue by assisting with sales activities.,Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) management process.,Provide support for operational/transactional risk by working with partners and business risk teams.,Identify and escalate potential client/product risk concerns.,Manage special projects as assigned.,Attend in-person client meetings with the Director/Relationship Manager.

Ideal Candidate

Knowledge of Cash Management Products and emerging industry trends (Must have),Demonstrated development of excellent client advice/service experience (Must have),Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint (Must have),Strong organizational, time management capabilities, status reporting, and project management (Must have),Ability to find solutions to problems and work with minimum supervision and full accountability (Must have),Ability to match client needs with product/structure solutions (Must have),Strong written and verbal communication skills, including exacting attention to detail related to customized contract documentation (Must have),Ability to prioritize in managing multiple and sometimes conflicting time demands (Must have),Extensive experience working in a team atmosphere (Nice to have),Previous project management experience (Nice to have),3+ years banking, Cash Management experience (Nice to have),Sales and relationship acumen (Nice to have),Bilingual- French/English (Nice to have)
