The RBC Indigenous Development Program is a two-year rotational initiative designed for recent college/university graduates or individuals with transferable work experience who self-identify as Indigenous Peoples of Canada. It offers a blend of practical business experience, a personalized learning plan, coaching, mentorship, community engagement, and professional networking. Participants will gain experience through up to four unique business rotations, aimed at launching their careers within RBC.
Self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Metis) Peoples of Canada.,Be a recent college or university graduate or an applicant with transferable work experience.,Reside within commuting distance of an RBC Branch or a central RBC office in Toronto, Mississauga, Calgary, Nova Scotia (Bedford or Halifax), Montreal or Vancouver.,Ability to commute into the office up to four days per week.,Ability to learn and pivot quickly.,High level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Comfortable stretching out of your comfort zone.
