Associate Program Manager

Description

The Associate Program Manager at RBC is a key role supporting the Heads of the Fee Based and Managed Solutions Group. This position involves assisting in the implementation of strategic initiatives, providing support for fee-based programs, and contributing to their growth within DS (Dominion Securities). Key responsibilities include driving program growth, providing client and internal support, acting as an escalation point, collaborating with various internal and external groups, and presenting programs to both virtual and in-person audiences for training purposes.

What We're Looking For

Assist in driving growth in fee-based programs.,Provide support and service to Advisors, Associates, and Branches for any inquiries.,Act as a point of escalation for Managed Solutions Consultants, Trade Execution Specialists, and Portfolio Management Consultants.,Collaborate with various organizational groups internally and externally to ensure relationships are established and maintained for protecting and growing fee-based programs.,Present programs to small groups of Associates and Advisors, both virtually and in-person, as part of DS training programs.

Ideal Candidate

University degree or equivalent experience.,Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).,Strong self-directed team player with a bias for action.,Ability to have strategic influencing, negotiating, and persuasion skills.,Excellent experience in project management and ability to deal with multiple competing priorities.,Bias for action, execution, and results.,Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC).,Nice-to-have: Bilingual in English and French.
