The Associate Private Client Relationship Manager (ARM) serves as a primary contact for high-net-worth clients with smaller balances at TD Wealth. The role focuses on deepening client relationships through excellent service, proactive engagement, and thought leadership. A key objective is to introduce clients to Private Client Relationship Managers for deeper or broader relationships with TD. The ARM is responsible for day-to-day account management, maximizing client satisfaction with banking relationships, and identifying opportunities to retain and grow balances by referring qualified clients to Private Client Relationship Managers across various markets.
Serve unique and complex needs of high net worth clients, particularly those with smaller balances.,Act as central point of contact for HNW clients with lower balances.,Deepen and broaden existing relationships through excellent service and proactive client contact.,Deliver thought leadership across TD Wealth capabilities.,Engage clients and introduce Private Client Relationship Managers for deeper relationships.,Partner with other RMs, IAs, Wealth Strategists, and Wealth Lending Advisors.,Retain and grow assigned client relationships.,Exceed client expectations for service.,Support smaller balance clients by providing day-to-day account management solutions.,Introduce full capabilities offered at TD Wealth.,Maximize client satisfaction and seize opportunities to retain and grow balances by referring clients.,Ensure existing clients receive a Private Client Planning Experience where valuable.,Effectively implement processes with CSAs for legendary service.,Proactively outreach to all clients to enhance and expand relationships.,Leverage specialists (Taxes, Trust and Estate) to deepen client relationships.,Execute in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures (OCC, SEC, FINRA).,Adhere to TD Wealth AML/ATF Policies and Procedures.,Implement TD's Customer Identification Program (CIP).,Contribute to a positive and constructive work environment.,Represent TD Wealth professionally and support TDBG charity and community initiatives.
4-year degree or equivalent experience.,3 years related experience in a production or client support capacity (track record of high client satisfaction and retention).,Securities Licensed: Series 7, 63 + 65 or 66.,Understanding of HNW client needs and products/services.,Consultative sales experience preferred.,Membership in civic and professional organizations required after employment.
