The Associate Private Client Relationship Manager (ARM) serves as a primary contact for high-net-worth clients with smaller balances at TD Wealth. This role focuses on deepening existing client relationships by providing excellent service, proactive engagement, and delivering thought leadership. The ARM is responsible for day-to-day account management, maximizing client satisfaction with banking relationships, and identifying opportunities to refer clients to Private Client Relationship Managers for broader engagement with TD Wealth services. The position involves collaboration with other RMs, IAs, Wealth Strategists, and Wealth Lending Advisors, and emphasizes retaining and growing assigned client relationships.

4-year degree or equivalent experience.,3 years related experience in a production or client support capacity (track record of high client satisfaction and retention).,Securities Licensed: Series 7, 63 + 65 or 66.,Life & Health (L&H) license.,Understanding of HNW client needs and available products/services.,Consultative sales experience preferred.,Ability to establish relationships and partner effectively within TD Wealth and TD Bank.,Personalized customer service skills, including working with diverse clients.,Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).,Membership in civic and professional organizations required after employment.,Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.,Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment.
