This role focuses on providing exceptional service and support to clients and the advisory team, helping to deepen relationships and onboard new clients. The Associate will manage client accounts, ensure compliance, and assist with portfolio management and wealth planning.
Maintain existing client accounts and identify contact opportunities,Manage timelines and key dates for accounts,Respond to client inquiries efficiently (account transactions, requests, documentation, reporting),Liaise with various departments for timely solutions,Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and partners,Assist in welcoming and onboarding new clients,Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients/prospects,Ensure client files and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal controls and industry regulations,Update team's communication channels (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters),Must have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE),Bilingualism (English and French) required,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry,Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
