The Associate position at RBC Dominion Securities in Calgary Dome Tower involves supporting clients and an Advisor team to deepen relationships and onboard new clients. The role focuses on providing exceptional service, managing client accounts, ensuring documentation compliance, and assisting with portfolio and wealth management planning.
Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients.
Manage timelines and key dates for accounts to ensure client support.
Respond to client inquiries efficiently (account transactions, requests, documentation, reporting).
Utilize problem resolution skills for proactive client service and liaise with various departments.
Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and partners.
Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and compliant client files and documentation.
Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).
Strong skills in business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
