Description

RBC Dominion Securities is looking for a bilingual (Cantonese) Associate in its downtown Vancouver branch to provide administrative and client service support to a successful Advisory Team. The role focuses on delivering quality client service, deepening client relationships, and assisting the Advisor Team with various administrative tasks and client onboarding.

What We're Looking For

Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients/prospects.,Provide proactive client service, focusing on problem resolution and attention to detail.,Liaise with various departments for execution.,Respond to client inquiries (account transactions, tax receipts, account reporting, etc.).,Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding.,Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and partners.,Maintain existing client accounts, manage timelines and key dates.,Ensure accurate and timely updates of documentation in compliance with regulations.,Maintain complete and up-to-date client files.,Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.,Must have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or CFA 1 (preferred).,Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.,High level of time management and organization skills.,Demonstrated world-class client service skills (professional, warm, and friendly).,Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Ideal Candidate

Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or CFA 1 (preferred),Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures (asset),Experience in the securities industry (asset)
