The Associate Manager will oversee the credit portfolio, ensuring all deals align with risk policies, and will also handle complex deal structuring. A key responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer experience while driving profitable business growth in line with the overall business strategy. This includes contributing to business planning, setting service standards, meeting business targets, and coaching the team in credit structuring and risk management.

Lead and coach a team of Credit Analysts to achieve business results and professional development.,Manage the overall credit portfolio, ensuring compliance with risk policies.,Structure and manage complex credit deals.,Deliver a superior customer experience and drive profitable business growth.,Act as a consultant to the team for resolving operational and credit issues.,Contribute to the development and implementation of the business plan and growth strategies.,Set and monitor service and control standards.,Coach the team on credit structuring, pricing, and adherence to TD's risk management policies.,Assess all credit applications for high-quality risk assessment, structure, and due diligence.,Oversee, lead, and coach a team of commercial credit analysts and customer service officers, developing their skills and capabilities.,Oversee credit management for moderate to highly complex commercial accounts.
