The Associate Investment Banking is responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior team members in structuring, marketing, and executing financial transactions. This role involves researching and analyzing client financial situations, market data, and potential mergers and acquisitions. Key activities include valuing private and public companies, performing complex financial and M&A modeling, preparing client proposals and internal documentation, and assisting with client negotiations and deal execution. The Associate also monitors market trends and contributes to developing relationships with key market participants.
Provide structure, marketing, and execution activities to support senior team members.,Research and analyze clients' financial situations, industry, and market data, including mergers and acquisition opportunities.,Value private and public companies for assessment purposes.,Perform complex financial and M&A modeling.,Prepare external client proposals and internal underwriting memos.,Prepare client presentations based on analytical findings.,Assist with client negotiations and documentation.,Develop and maintain contacts with market participants.,Provide updates regarding institutional/retail demand and remaining TD liability for equity deals.,Train and develop junior staff to meet departmental goals.,Ability to work collaboratively within a deal team.
Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics.,Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
