Bachelor's degree from a leading university.,2+ years working in investment banking with significant Consumer transaction experience – public market transactions a plus.,Ability to comfortably interact with senior bankers and clients in a professional setting.,Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive, able to thrive in a team environment.,Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.,Strong intellectual curiosity.,High levels of ethics, integrity and judgment.,Series 79 and 63.,Strong background in investment banking underpinned by solid quantitative and analytical skills.,Ability to think creatively about a range of strategic issues confronting clients.,Exceptional grasp on accounting, valuation, finance, and business strategy.
