This role involves supporting one or more Investment Advisors within the TD Wealth Private Investment Advice division. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing client relationships, delivering comprehensive wealth management advice, and streamlining administrative and trade-related operations to support the growth of the advisory business.
Provide high-level client service and maintain proactive communication with clients.,Execute trade orders accurately and efficiently across various asset classes.,Conduct portfolio reviews and assist in the development of financial plans.,Manage administrative tasks including account opening, documentation, and compliance reporting.,Support business development activities and the creation of marketing materials.,Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and internal bank policies.
Must be currently licensed as an IIROC Registered Representative (RR).,Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).,Successful completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).,Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course must be completed within 30 months of hire.,Previous experience in a brokerage or wealth management environment.

Must maintain IIROC licensing in good standing; occasional evening work for client events may be required.
