This role focuses on providing exceptional service and support to clients and the Advisor team to strengthen existing relationships and welcome new clients. The Associate will be a crucial contact point, managing client accounts, ensuring documentation compliance, and assisting in portfolio and wealth management planning.
Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities for client contact.,Manage timelines and key dates for accounts to help ensure clients feel supported by the team.,Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently regarding account transactions, requests, documentation, and reporting.,Utilize problem-resolution skills to provide proactive client service and liaise with various departments for smooth and timely solutions.,Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners.,Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.,Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and other necessary documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.,Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.,Support the Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain an audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.
